I Loved working with this sketch as it had alot of depth. So pop on over to Creative Scrappers to have a look at all the other awesome layouts that have been created.

"Cherish the Moments, for they to become Memories"

I Love this Photo as both the kids aren’t strangling eachother with hugs and both of them are Smiling…and I’m very biased but I think they are both so adorable. The Lovely Lace cardstock is from Creative Imaginations and the Delicate coloured Printed Paper is from Melissa Frances newest range.

Reason, Season and Lifetime

With the events over the last couple of days, my thoughts returned to the 16th of January where for Me it marked another passage of time …its amazing how fast the days go by, but at the same time other things remain…always there, never forgotten…I wanted to share this lovely verse which was given to me awhile ago.

People come into your Life for a Reason, a Season or a Lifetime.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with Guidance and Support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the Reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The Prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to Share, Grow or Learn. They bring you an experience of Peace or make you Laugh. They may Teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a Season.!

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, Love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other Relationships and areas of your life. Love and Friendship will forever entwine themselves when these foundations are built.

Thankyou for being my REASON, SEASON and LIFETIME…..

Layouts Featuring the "Ambrosia" Range from Basic Grey

I saw this layout over at Scrapbook.com which was created by the talented GabrielleP...and as I had left overs from the Ambrosia Range from Basic Grey to work with , I couldn't go past this lovely bright layout which suited the photos of my Gorgeous God-daughter at her Year 10 Graduation...posing and throughly enjoying herself.

This is another layout that I first originally saw in the Basic Grey Gallery ( I cant remember who it was...sorry)...but I loved the elegance of the design.

A Few More to Share...

Reflect…for a Little Boy, what would be going through his mind…when I asked him, he said to me “I thinking about what I want to eat for lunch”…typical male hahhahahahaha ( and his only 3yrs old). These wonderful papers are from Kaiser….I loved the monochromatic colour scheme of the entire range…it made working with them such a breeze

Christmas is over and most here in Australia are still enjoying their Summer holidays but I’m still catching up posting layouts that I designed a while back (in between my holidays)….This layout was inspired by the talented Carole Jansons Christmas Wreath ….she is such an incredible Scrapper and has such depth in everything she creates.

Summers and Sharing

Aussie Summers are all about the outdoors, enjoying the wonderful weather, swimming, catching up with friends and sharing good food and drinks at a BBQ. Yep that’s how I spent my day today and had an awesome time…actually I spent most of it submerged in the pool …it doesn’t get any better than that.

On a different note I’m not able to teach some of My Planned Classes … I had Heaps of Fun and thoroughly enjoyed Designing them …so over the next couple of days I will be posting them ALL to Share with you.

So Take Care, Thanks to ALL my Friends and See You All Soon.

The little lady in one of those rare moments that I was lucky to capture. The layout was inspired by the talented Spinnvild.I have previously completed a similar layout but this time I did it in the reverse.

The Darling girl on her second birthday and the two of us playing around in the back yard. Her giggles are just so infectious.Alot of blading and cutting with this layout, with all the flower components lifted at differing heights to give it alot of depth.

After playing around in the backyard with the hose and drowning all of us...my nephew then started to walk around exploring what he had saturated. The design for this layout was inspired by a sketch from Pagemaps.I love the look on his face in these photos.

I recently used these photos in another layout but this time they are all in Black and white...to give more impact with the papers that I used .

Chalk and Cheese

I'm in Holiday mode well and truly...and having the best time catching up with many friends old and new...So a Quick post with 2 completely opposite styles of scrapping and also 2 very different Photos (You will see what I mean)

This layout was the last of my White Album Course that I have been teaching at Scrapbook Dreams...White/Multicolour...I had this idea of a Colour Swatch from when I went to a Paint Store...Not one of my brightest thoughts as it took me forever to sketch a fairly easy template to teach with...Luckly the class went off with a bang and all the girls loved it..My Darling nephew playing Peek-a-Boo...Full of Smiles.

Definately No smiles here...Kids have to eat and not constantly play. We were at a Local Park looking at the animals, riding bikes, feeding ducks and jumping around on the Play Gyms, so when I asked my nephew to have a rest and have lunch, this was the result, stubborness and lots of tears....Hahahaha The camera come out fairly quickly. This is a Layout that I saw in the recent Kaiser catalogue and loved it.

Stash Pile on the Decline

What a Brilliant start to the Year...With an Awesome Christmas and New Years celebrations behind me....My holidays are now in full swing....and they have been a blast so far...So today I finally stayed in ( I'm away for my holidays) and did some scrapping...I must, I have to scrap my pile of uncompleted layouts that I still haven't finished (there was 42 originally)...they are the thorn in my side at the moment...so here are 4 ( only 32 to go ...when will it end hahahahahha).

On another note Im totally in Luv with my New Chrissy Present which I have finally got up and running properly...Yeh I got a Laptop...and its RED ....and its gorgeous ( Yes I know I sound like a Kid in a Candy Store...but I cant help it).

Oh by the Way...What do you think about the changes I've made to my Blog...I think it's definately more me....Gotta Love Red.

My Nephew and Me zooming around like aeroplanes in the backyard with him sitting back in a laundry basket. Exhausting but lots of fun.

Another one of those times where lots and lots of photos are taken ...no perfect ones but the memory of the time spent together far outways everything.

My Friends "K" and " H" at a dinner...last year. It's always great to catch up with them. Lots of laughs and lock jaw from all the talking.

My Darling niece trying to catch lots of Bubbles...it's a shame that you can't capture the giggles that occur during these super fun times.

2009...Bring it On

Happy New Year...I'm quite happy and excited to welcome in 2009...and with it the Hope that it will be a great one, not only for myself but for all my family and friends(now if I could only find my crystal ball).News Resolutions...well there is a few but I will keep them under wraps for the moment.

My Quote to Live by for the YEAR ahead:
Cherish the everyday Moments
Because You never know what they will Bring.

To start the year of, I want to share my 2 favourite Layouts at the moment (one new and one from my "To be Completed" stash). This layout which I'm so proud of has also been picked up by Basic Grey for their Gallery.

My Darling Munchkins from a recent photo shoot...I had been taking photos of the kids seperately when my nephew went over and grabbed his sisters hand and kissed it (I was so excited that I had captured this tender moment)..I asked him why he had kissed her hand...he replied " I Love Her !" (My eyes teared up).

The Little Man and Me at a Family Wedding (I posted these photos ages ago and I can't believe it has taken me this long to finish it)...My Nephew drapped all over me as usual but I love it....Kisses and Hugs to You
